Automatic power-on after shut down AND TH
Detecting IDE drives...HANGS!!!

First of all I read more than 50 post or more regarding the topics "Detecting IDE drives..."

Trying to fix the problem of automatic power-on after shut down I run into a new problem.
At start I removed all the dust and checked the CMOS battery. Battery had 0.5V so I replaced it and put the new one in.
Start-up beep...always one short beep!
Booting up the computer was slow and then it get's stuck at "Detecting IDE drives..." for hours!!!!
Reboot and then again the same thing...now I press DEL key and it says "Prepare to Enter Setup"...it get's stuck there

Tryed to following:

-unplug the power cable from the motherboard, reseting the BIOS again
-disconnecting the SATA DVD-RW, UTP cable, wireless mouse USB stick... -reboot
-disconnecting the SATA HDD -reboot
-changing the cables of the HDD

...and yes the power-on problem is still present

POWER LC420-12 V2.31 350W
MBO GA-P35-DS3L
CPU Intel® CoreTM 2 Quad processor
GPU Gainward GeForce 9500 GT 1024MB DDR2 PCI-Express
RAM 2x 2GB DDR2 dual channel
HDD SATA 320GB
DVD RW2x
FDD 1X

I disconnected the HDD and the DVD separately and it still hangs at "Detecting IDE drives..."
I disconnected everything, still nothing.
Windows 10 but I'm going back to 7 after this is fixed. I think the automatic power-on after shut down is something to do with win10!
Tried flashing but no show!
DEL key - "Prepare to Enter Setup" and it hangs there
F12 for flashin - "Prepare to enter Flash Utility" and it hangs there

I didn't try turning it on without the battery. I'll try that when come home from work today.
Perhaps the BIOS is faulty ?!?!
I will try a another MB.
