Device Manager not detecting devices.

Issue: Devices not automatically detected

More information: USB devices, even those already known by the system are not automatically detected. They are only detected upon scanning for hardware changes manually in device manager.

Upon running sfc /scannow and a reboot, the problem was fixed!
