Question PC restarted and never booted again ?

(sorry if my English is bad) My PC has been acting pretty weird lately. I got this custom built PC last week, I took it home played some games and it seems fine. The next day I turned it on ran some 3d mark timespy after the benchmark is done the pc restarts itself and turned on back again. I tried updating the bios and I think that works because it never happen again, but after I restart it again it never booted I tried to reset the CMOS and pc turns on but the weird thing is after I turned on I restarted it again and now it never turns on the PC fans light's up the ram lights up the fans spin but no display even my keyboard and mouse doesn't light up.

Specs
Mobo: Gigabyte A520M DS3H V2
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600x
GPU: MSI RTX 3050 8GB GDDR6
RAM: 1 x Kingspec RGB 16GB 3200Mhz
PSU: Silverstone 600 watts 80 Plus white

I replaced the mobo twice already and everytime the mobo is replaced the PC seems to go back to normal, only for it not to boot again after a few days. I was there when they troubleshoot the problem and they tried:
  • reseating the ram
  • reseat the gpu,
  • cleaned the ram
  • used another ram
  • used a new psu

The only thing they replaced before the PC booted back again was the motherboard. Is my CPU faulty for some reason or the CPU is not stable with the mobo?
 
Model or part number of the PSU is? Also, how old the PSU is and did you buy it brand new, or as used?
Also, is the whole build (looks to be prebuilt), bought as new or as used?
Sorry for not including it's a Silverstone 600 watt SST-ST60F-ES230 also the CPU and the psu are both in my old build I bought the psu brand new about a year ago and the CPU second hand 7 months ago the only newest parts are the ram, mobo, and gpu

What you have, is cheap, crap quality PSU. And VERY likely, the SOLE reason why your PC doesn't work and why you have had to buy new MoBos again and again, since your crap quality PSU is just killing hardware.
Hence:
I replaced the mobo 2 times already and everytime the mobo is replaced the PC seems to go back to normal, for it not to boot again after a few days.
PSU kills MoBo. You replace MoBo with new one. New MoBo works for few days until PSU kills new MoBo. Then, you buy 3rd MoBo, it also works for few days, until PSU kills it too.

You will be keeping buying new MoBos and let MoBos killed by PSU if you don't replace the PSU. And crap quality PSU just doesn't kill MoBo, but it can kill everything it is connected to (aka your whole PC). MoBo is just 1st one to go, when PSU acts up. GPU is close 2nd. CPU and RAM are more durable but not invulnerable either.

So, new PSU is a must. And also new hardware, any, that your PSU killed. Could be that only new MoBo again is needed. Or could be that you need whole new PC, since everything is dead.

Since PSU powers everything, it is the most important component inside the PC!

Life lesson: NEVER cheap out on PSU! And never buy used PSU either.

Good PSUs to go for, are: Seasonic Focus/Vertex/PRIME, Corsair RMx/RMi/HXi/AXi, Super Flower Leadex Gold/Platinum/Titanium.

(My 3x PCs are also powered by Seasonic. I have 2x PRIME TX-650 units and one Focus PX-550 unit. Full specs with pics in my sig.)

For your build 550W unit is enough. 650W or 750W unit wouldn't hurt either (since 650W/750W PSUs are currently cheaper than 550W units).

Sorry for not making it clear I didn't buy a new mobo I got it replaced from the same store two times also my PC is connected to a AVR

AVR does not protect against bad PSU.

Since electricity flows from: main grid - AVR - PSU - PC components.
When PSU is bad (which it is), AVR does 0 to protect PC components.

Only thing that AVR does, is mitigating voltage surges and drops (aka brownouts), by outputting stable AC current. But if there would be power loss (blackout), AVR will not keep your PC running, as e.g UPS would.
