I have 2 items in my device manager listed as "other devices", do I have to spend money on a driver update program to get drivers for them? I have a Toshiba Qosmio x305-q708 laptop. The device manager lists the other devices as a coprocessor (PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0AA3&SUBSYS_FF001179&REV_B1) and an unknown (USB\VID_0930&PID_050D&REV_0100). I purchased the laptop in 2009 with vista. I just recently did a clean, stand alone install of Win 10 pro 64bit and here I am. The Ethernet port doesn't seem to work either. It has a similar hardware id as the coprocessor (PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0AB0&SUBSYS_FF001179&REV_B1) And is listed as Nvidia nForce networking controller. I don't see anything referencing a 10/100/1000 Ethernet in the network hardware.

Solution
Look for the drivers on Toshiba Website. VISTA is old so there may not be Windows 10 Drivers for your system.
Did you run the compatibility program first before Installing Windows 10?

If there are no Windows 10 drivers for the system you may be able to use Windows 7 or Nvidia OEM drivers.
