[SOLVED] Device manager - other devices yellow exclamation

I have these yellow exclamations in the "other devices" section in device manager. The name of the devices are "PCI Memory Controller" & "SM Bus Controller" is it something I should be worried about? I've only used armoury crate to check for drivers, should I install them manually from the website instead?

yes, install your motherbd drivers.
Chipset, USb, Sata is often needed, lan, audio, and then any other hardware you might have built in.

These are my specs:
PSU: Corsair RM550x
CPU: I5-10400f
SSD: Samsung 970 EVO
Motherboard: ASUS TUF GAMING B460-PLUS
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3200 C16 / 2x8 GB
GPU: EVGA GTX 1080 SC
So since I only have NVME the sata driver I don't need right?

Updated drivers and the yellow exclamations disappeared, thanks guys!
