device manager shortcut?

Is there a way to create a shortcut which leads directly to device manager?

Create a new shortcut, and type <b><font color=red>devmgmt.msc</b></font color=red> in the box (location of the item).

Good or Bad have no meaning at all, depends on what your point of view is.
