DG-73 + NH-D15 with a small atx board?

I have a unknown model MB (it was from a pre-bought acer/asus desktop).
i'd guess aroudn 10in by 7in in size (dont think tis mini but not sure if standard)

I wanna repalce my CPU heatsink with a D15 (i am slowly replacing EVERY part and only have the main parts left (mb/cpu/ram) but gnonna take awhile).

My issue coms from the positioning of the cpu/heatsink in the case.

its in the cases upper corner by the back exhaust fan 1/4in from my stock cpu heatsink/fan and I know the D15 is a hefty cooler and I am worried if it will even work. I worry ti will not actually fit w/o removing my exhaust fan (which sint ideal)

If needed I can upload a pic to show how it looks atm.

if you are able to see inside the case then you are able to know what model motherboard it is. It's usually printed in big print right on the board in the middle right underneath or above the first PCIe slot.
