Dhcp default lease time doesn't change no matter what

I changed dhcp lease time in my router

, but default remains the same no matter what.

The dates shown in the second screen are 4/1/2011. (April Fool's Day.....?).

Reset the router's date to the correct day, month, year, and time.

See if that helps.....
