[SOLVED] Diablo 2 mac os x problems can't start

Hello,
I've been experiencing problems with Diablo 2 aswell. I can't even start the game without crashing, I always get the option for sending a rapport to Apple or retry starting the program(which obviously fails).

Any suggestions?

Please give us a little more information. Is it a new install? have you played Diablo 2 on that system before? What OS are you using?

This same problem is happening for me. I open diablo and it says it quit unexpectedly. I am using mac OS X 10.6. Is there any way to fix this?

just try downloading it from blizzard's site with your cd key,I think your issues might be the os,don't forget diablo 2 is too old and it might no be compartible with newer os updates.

Have you tried different graphics drivers for your mac - this may fix the problem. (if you are running it on a MBP, you could try forcing it to use the integrated graphics chip.)

after the crash please do the following:

open up console and look at the error message there. Take that result and google it, or post it here.
