Diablo 3 Starter Edition Now Available to All

I am trying to play the starter edition but after setting up another account ( my old battle.net account was disabled) and downloading the game, it tells me there is a temporary outage of the battlenet service , please try again later. (error 73). I wanted to try the game and who knows maybe even buy it but it's rapidly approaching "Fail!" Is this what I have to look forward to after spending $60 HEM? (Hard Earned Money)

im seeing this as frustating move from blizzard since they are rapidly lost players and being sued?
