Yep, and fusion power is only 10 years away and one day pigs will fly, etc.... I've been hearing about these miraculous technologies for decades now, let's just say I'll believe it when I see it!

The platform described is GaN. While the thermal physics is the same moving from a niche GaN platform to the advanced silicon based platforms that are used by Qualcom and Nvidia , mentioned in the paper requires a deep understanding of that silicon semiconductor ecosystem. Most succesful in that arena is Phononics which published data on state of the art chip performance enhacements in collaboration with tier1 chip companies:
