Question Did a factory reset and lost disk space.

Hey I did a remove files factory reset on my PC that runs Windows 10 and afterwards I've gone down from 500gb to 80 and I have no idea where that 420 has gone. It is a 1TB PC and Ive just lost all my storage.

Was this the original drive that was in the system?

Laptop or desktop? Prebuilt?
