Question Did a window 10 full scan and found a trojan.

It says on window defender that it is removed, but just wondering if I should do anything else.

I would download Malwarebytes and do a full scan with this. Windows Defender isn't really the best anti-virus out there.

I also did that and so far it has found nothing. I even turn on the rootkit scan.
