[SOLVED] Did I brick my PC booting from a USB thumb drive?

I built a new PC and was in the process of installing windows 10 from a USB thumb drive. I got the ISO from the Microsoft site and transferred it to the USB. I set the USB as the first boot device. The screen would say disconnect all media and insert USB and press any key. I hit a key and on the screen, it showed as if the screen rolled down about 3 inches. It seemed as if it was starting the process of installing windows 10. But at the same time, it looked as if it froze. It took about 10 seconds and nothing happened so I pressed the power button.
After this, the PC would not power up at all. I disconnected the power supply from the wall and unplugged the PSU. I disconnected the power cables to the motherboard. I have done all this multiple times and I can't get it to power back on.
I have not pulled any jumpers/pins or batteries out of the motherboard.
If it is bricked what part would it be? And would it be taken care of by buying the piece over again as new?

Solution
Advise computer specs. Check you PSU connections; sounds like a PSU issue.
Once you get your PC to boot, you will also want to try to have the Windows Media Creator create the USB installer rather than downloading the ISO.

When you say that the pc doesnt turn on at all you mean completely nothing happens? do the fans spin a little bit and then stop?

Completely nothing. It's like no power is coming from the power supply.
This same thing happened initially, until I found out it was an issue of the video card power plug not being in correctly.
Ill try disconnecting every component and trying to turn it on
