Did I fry my CPU?

I was trying to oveclock my Ryzen 5 1600 to 3.7ghz with 1.2625 voltage. I had done it before but after updating the bios it didn't let me load the overclocking profile. So, I set them up in bios and then tried to reboot my PC. When booting, all fans start spinning and leds in my GPU lit up but no connection to my mouse, keyboard or monitor, no leds or anything. Could I have fried my CPU or the motherboard? Shouldn't that be impossible with that low voltage? My motherboard is MSI PC Mate B350.

EDIT: I used my PC after updating the bios and it worked normally.

I didn't, I still had my OC profile active. I forgot to mention that I didn't overclock right after updating, I used my PC after updating the bios and it worked normally.
