Did i install the fan on the corsair h80 right [temps]

I just installed my corsair h80i. I'm not sure if i installed the fan before the radiator the right way. My fans are running really high and i'm not running that many programs.

Did you install the corsair controller software? You can also control the fans on the CPU fan header of your motherboard. It sounds like the fan is running at 100%.
