[SOLVED] Did I ruin my heatsink?

While removing a stripped screw my hand slipped and damaged the top side of the heatsink for my Precision 5540. Is it ruined or are there any safe methods to repair it?

If the tubing is punctured then you need a new heatsink.

Doesn't seem punctured.
If not punctured, then it's fine.

Thank you for your responses. It is not punctured. One more thing, should I cover that area with thermal tape?
