[SOLVED] Did i wreck my HDD running bdan

Ok I ran dban on a gateway I wanted to wipe it and reinstall windows it didnt workout so good so I decided to put an old Hitachi HDD from a Panasonic all i get is black screen with a blinking underscore.
What I got to do to make this gateway laptop work again even can I use the HDD that I wiped any help would be greatly appreciated

You have to reinstall Windows on either drive. When you wipe the drive, Windows is gone.
