Question Did my Laptop Die

I purchase a Chuwi 360 Freebook a year back.

I have barely used it, and it has spent most of the year turned off.

It wont turn on, and its been plugged in for an hour. Nothing.

Never heard of it, personally I would buy well known brands with a track record, but....

Try a Hard Reset
Hold the power button for 15-20 seconds, then release, and press it again briefly to try powering on. Do this while plugged in to power.

Try a “Power + Volume” Key Combo
Hold Power + Volume Up (or Volume Down) for 15 seconds. Some Chuwi models use this to trigger BIOS recovery or force boot modes.
