Alright so here's what happened:
I was playing league yesterday when my pc just turn off randomly. Since this is a normal occurrence recently, i tried turning it on, thinking it would work like other time. But this time it didnt turn on, it's like the pc just turn on for 0,01 second then turn off. I touch the pc and the top of the case is hotter than it should normally be, the psu is really hot too. Did it die? Should i get a new one?

Have you checked your CPU temps to ensure it's not shutting down due to heat? That being said I would still recommend a new power supply from a named brand.

You say it has been turning off while gaming, this is often a sign of a psu problem and should have been investigated. You have a no name psu, usually these are low quality and can even be dangerous, this increases the chance the psu is the cause.

The only way I see to identify the problem is swapping parts. You can do this or take it to a local specialist. With what you have told us a psu problem seems very possible and getting rid of a no name psu is always a good idea. The risk is if your psu did fail and it’s a no name unit then it likely has minimal protection features, this means a greater chance of other components being damaged when it failed.

Here's the video i recorded of the problem. As you can see, it lights up for a very short time, then it doesnt anymore. How can i fix it?

In the motherboard while im recording there is:
I5 3475s
4gb of ram
The psu is xigmatek power x iii 500w, brand new. I just bought it because i thought the old one was the cause of this problem, but i guess it wasn't.

When a psu dies it can damage any connected components so it may still have been the psu. As I mentioned the only way to find out what has died is to swap parts which I understand may be a problem if you do not have any spare parts.

Is that board a AFOX IH61-MA5? Regardless, please replace the motherboard CR2032 battery as part of the troubleshooting process, attempt to turn on, and see if any change. But I agree with sizzling that the old power supply may have simply killed your motherboard, or any other connected component.

Addendum: I suggest that you immediately start budgeting for a replacement CPU / motherboard / RAM. It is honestly unlikely that swapping out the battery will resolve anything, but it's a very cheap and quick piece of troubleshooting, so might-as-well.
