Doing the Upgrade, there is no product key you have to enter.
On the second PC, what did you do? Upgrade from within a current Win 7 or 8.1, or a standalone install?

Pretty sure that's going to start yelling at you before long. Windows 10 is not 'free', unless you upgrade from an existing qualifying OS.

You will have 30 days before it limits things (for example in Windows 7 you can't read any DVDs only CDs for example when your not using a authenticated version). As you never 'upgraded' the second PC but did a clean install, as I understand the 'steps' you would need a FULL new W10 license. IF you 'upgrade' a computer, then login with your Microsoft account, it will register that hardware and license with Windows 10's Microsoft DB (according to the last MS News release) and then if you 'need to clean install' it will automatically check when you 'install' W10 against your hardware to MS's DB and authenticate the license for the hardware (aka you need MS blessing to put on your Windows). If you change hardware you will need to call in to then reregister to their DB with your original Windows 7/8 key.

So my 'opinion' based on what MS said is A) either buy a W10 License B) wipe system 2 back to 'factory' then do normal upgrade BEFORE you consider installing a 'clean install' of W10.
