Didn't detect another Display (Windows 10)

So I'm trying to connect my second monitor using a VGA Cable i've plugged it to the VGA Output
And my main Monitor is connected with HDMI, but when I try to detect my second monitor it says that it didn't detect another Display
Do i need a DVI-I Connector?
