Diferent CF Card size

Hi to all,

I have an problem with two diferent CF Card with diferent size.
I need to change the size of an CF card that is equal to the other.

The first CF Card is SimpleTech 256MB (cylinder 31, head 255, sector 63, byte per sector 512, size 245MB 256.901.120 bytes).
The second CF Card is Transcend 256MB (cylinder 31, head 255, sector 63, byte per sector 512, size 245MB 256.376.832 bytes).

I need that the second CF Card Transcend have the same size that the first CF Card SimpleTech.
How can I make this?
Anyone have any idea?
Please help me.

No. You can't add memory to the card. What would you do, solder on another flash chip?

Even if they have exactly the same amount of flash memory on board, the firmware on the two may take up different amounts of space.

I'm curious. What harm is a missing 0.15 percent of space doing? Are you trying to copy a full first one to the second one?
