In terms of MHz (Megahertz) the higher the better. 2.2GHZ (Gigahertz) is equal to 2200MHz, essentially. So 3.2GHz is 3200MHz.

In general, 3.2GHz has more processing power, allowing your computer to run more CPU (Central Processing Unit) intensive programs better.
