I want to know the difference with these cards.

w/ 6-pin

I'm also looking at sapphire r7-265 but I'm not sure about its compatibility w/ intel cpu, never used cards other than nvidia.

i5 650
dh55pj mobo
8gb ram
600w aerocool strike-x
720p monitor

the additional 6 pin would have more headroom for overclocking, but like shadows1234 says just get a r7 265.

here are some other you can pick from that cost near your budget

gtx 750 ti < gtx 650 ti boost < hd 7850 = r7 265 < gtx 660 < hd 7870 < r9 270 < hd 7870 ghz edition

Can't I'm from the Philippines the cheapest r9 270x I can purchase here is about $198.

if you want used r9 270x i can give you a good FB group where you can find cheap 2nd hand gpu ( which are still at a very good condition and some of them are only months used)
