Unsure what the difference is. Both are 1 TB, SATA 6GB/s with a 64MB Cache and 7200 RPM. The only difference I can see is that they say one is for Power computing and the other is for everyday. The difference in price is like 60 dollars though.
In terms of performance/stats there isn't going to be much difference in this case, but if you compare product ranges then the Blue drives will usually have lower caches, lower available capacities etc. This point (1Tb) is just a product range overlap so you get similar stats.
The extra cost is mainly about reliability/longevity. Black drives are going to be bigger/heavier because they are built to higher standards and as such have a 5year limited warranty vs 2years for Blue.
Blue is for solid performance and reliability for everyday computing, usually used for business computing, while Black for maximum performance for power computing, like gaming and video editing/rendering, among other demanding apps.

I'm planning on gaming with the computer, so I wont' be doing much video editing/rendering, so will I notice the difference?

This is just silly, you would BARELY notice a difference between a black and a blue WD.

It's not always purely about performance. It's about build quality and company standards. Chances are, if you're paying more money for Black, there's a reason. In this case, it's much more reliable and long lasting. IMO, the 2-3 year difference in warranty alone is worth $60.
