The EVGA one has higher memory and clock speeds.

Get which ever is cheaper performance differences will be negligible

all 6gb 1060s will perform more or less the same, more fans can mean higher clockspeeds and quieter operation, but you won't really be able to tell.

Get whatever is the cheapest, as the graphics card shortage messes up all pricings.
