Difference between Gigabyte GTX 960 OC vs Windforce?

I'm looking at Gigabyte's GTX 960s. They have two for the same price:

They cost exactly the same... so what are the differences in them? Is one better than the other, or do both make a trade off?

The GTX 960 4gb OC is a shorter card and has a different cooler used. The trade off would be that windforce is longer but has a backplate and is clocked slightly faster and probably cools better.

The pcb doesn't sag overtime. Adds rigidity to the card mainly plus aesthetics.
