difference between Gigabyte H97-HD3 and Gigabyte H97M-D3H

I'm gonna buy an i5 4460 and a GTX 970, but I don't know which H97 board to get. What's the difference between those two boards, and can you give me any suggestions for perhaps cheaper H97 motherboards that are still able to work with the GTX 970 and i5 4460. Thanks in advance

"mATX motherboards are often cheaper. They are obviously smaller, and usually lack the extra PCIe slots. They are capable of fitting in the smaller cases. If you've got the budget and room in the case, I usually recommend ATX motherboards."

Sorry, forgot to reply instead of answering. As I just said, is there any performance difference. Or should I just go with the M-ATX because it's cheaper
