Difference between Gold and Bronze PSU?

What's the difference? Also what's the difference between 60hz and 120hz monitors? And finally anyone recommend some beast headsets? Preferably no more than 100 USD

That just refers to the power efficiency rating. This site explains it.

Gold psus are more efficient than Bronze psus and therefor waste less heat/energy. They also tend to be more reliable.

The hz rating on monitors are the refresh rate. 120hz is a lot better. In powerful gaming systems, a 60hz monitor can actually become the bottleneck.
