Difference between motherdboards

Looking for a difference between msi z97 pc mate and Gigabyte z97 gaming 3 as i have noticed that there is about £25-30 difference between anything apart from the price?

here is a spec comparison on newegg. It looks like the Gaming 3 just has more features in general.

Which would you recommend to combine with Intel Pentium g3258( I will probably over clock it) considering future upgrades to I5 or I7 and why?
