Soo what is the difference between normal ram and sd ram , i can see that sd ram is more expensive than the normal one .
My mobo is ASUS A68HM-K
I have two 2x2gb normal memory sticks and im planning to upgrade to one 8 gb Kingston HyperX FURY Black , is it worth buying the more expensive one with same amount of memory ?

Solution
you have 3 things that can be better:
1 Frequency. 1333 -> 1600 -> 1833 Faster one will have more bandwidth (better peformance).
2. timings. Lower the better. Compare only with ones with the same Frequency.
3. ECC. For normal user its not important. if you want to know more: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ECC_memory
Price does not determine performance. Check those parameters, find what does your MOBO support and take best you can afford.
