[SOLVED] Difference Between Nvidia Geforce MX 230 and Nvidia Geforce 1060 ?

I am confused between both types of Nvidia graphic card , I mean what's the difference between MX and the other types of nvidia cards ?

MX230 is a mobile low end nvidia graphic card, and 1060 is desktop midrange graphic card released three four years back.

GTX 1060 is also available in laptops.

They both represent 4ish year old designs. Both are from the Pascal generation. Nvidia often re-brands older silicon and places it in new generations for cheap components.

GTX 1060 "mobile" 1280 Cuda cores, 6GB of GDDR5 (GP107)

MX 230 256 Cuda cores, 2 or 4 GB of GDDR5 (GP108)

So taken quickly, the GTX 1060 is about 5 times faster, though in practice it won't be quite that much.
