What is difference between OEM and Retail keyboard? I want to buy Logitech K120 keyboard for my Intel NUC PC and local shop has two versions, OEM(cheaper) and retail(more expensive).

Best guess would be, in the case of keyboards, OEM would be sold as a replacement; just the basic hardware. You would not get any accessories like documentation, software, optional hardware, etc... since, presumably, as a replacement keyboard, you'd already have it.

The functionality would be identical.

The retail version will probably come in a prettier box, whereas the OEM version might be in a plain box. You also might not get a manual or software, etc... But that's not really a problem with keyboards!

Other than that, Logitech might not provide as much support if you needed it. There's really not much difference between the two, I'd just go with the cheaper OEM version.
