Difference between R7 250 2gb DDR3 and R7 250 1gbDDR5? which is best?

I want to know why the R7 250 2gb DDR3 is slow than the R7 250 1gb DDR5? the ddr3 version with 2gb sdram is cheap whereas R7 1gb DDR5 is slightly high,
which one is best to buy, i want to run Crysis 3 and watch dogs in 1280*720 30 fps

Gddr5 version is faster because the vram is faster. 1gb vs 2gb doesn't help here since the gpu is too weak. It's a low end card and they put on more vram for other uses that just need more pixels and not performance. It should get 30fps on low for those games.

Does it have to do with the amount of stream processors? like 384 in 2gb version ddr3 and 512 in 1 gb ddr5?

No they are exactly the same, 384. The only difference is ddr3 vs gddr5. If it does have 512 then that's a 250e not a 250.

Here in India the prices of graphics cards are way high than in US, for eg. if a card sells at 75$ in US its 90$ here (its in INR just telling you the difference in money), plus we have no access to specific retail shops that have these cards rather rely on amazon.in like sites but they are likely to sell the cards at high prices and delivery charges are high, hence lots of poor gamers in this country,
