Difference between the N750Ti TF 2GD5/OC and N750Ti-2GD5/OCV1

What's the difference in performance and is it worth paying more?

likely a firmware update, or something along those lines. Could be slightly higher performance in the 'newer' one, but it's probably nominal increase at best.
