I'm in Australia but the only difference in model numbers is that the US version has-NA rather than -AU (110V vs 240V)

Trying to figure out the difference between these three 850W Corsair PSUs and which is the best quality one (the price difference is negligible)

Overall they are technically the same (RM850 serie).

The main difference is that the number of PCI-E and SATA connectors and types of cables differ on each model.

The RMx model is described as having Japanese capacitors instead of Chinese capacitors and magnetic bearing fan.

For extra $10 maybe you should get the RMx model (if your case is large enough because the cables that come with the RMx model are stiffer thus not recommended for small case).
