[SOLVED] difference between these motherboards

can anyone let me know what the difference is between these two motherboards and which is best as the first of the two seems to be more expensive -

The plus is smaller, lacks a PCI(not PCIe) slot as well as audio connectors(analog and optical output) for the rear I/O.

If you're going to pair one of the listed board with an FX-8000 or 9000 series processor, please make sure you have a fire extinguisher handy.
