Anyone who walks around with a piece of paper and thinks that it makes them special <i>just</i> to have been 'educated' is going to find the real world a very difficult place to get along in. Employers want <i>experience</i>, not pieces of paper claiming a supposed education in a field. So an educated person is <i>not</i> better off than a person who isn't if that person who isn't has been <i>working</i> in that field while the 'educated' person has only been sitting in a classroom.
