Difference in motherboards

Found out I actually ordered this motherboard which is an ATX form factor

I'm thinking about cancelling and getting this motherboard because it would fit the color scheme of the case very nicely.

I plan on overclocking at about 4.5GHz, will both motherboards perform the same?

They're both ATX, the first on is just micro ATX. Yeah they'll be identical in terms of performance. The full ATX board just has more upgrade options.

They are both good MBs. The Pro3 will only hold one GPU but has a couple of PCI slots for addons. The Fatality MB has more PCIe slots. Just depends on whether you want the extra PCI or the PCIe slots for future addons.

They'd still perform the same. Basically identical specs, except one is Fatal1ty branded.

FULL is just the size of the actual motherboard. Basically just make sure the case you are buying will be able to fit the motherboard you want. The most common size is standard ATX (or just "ATX motherboard") and the most common case size is mid tower (which fits standard ATX and micro ATX). I haven't looked at any full ATX boards but I would also assume you get some added features but they are probably just more usb ports or something and won't be worth it.
