Differences between F2A55M vs F2A55M-LE

Hi there..
Can someone explain to me why I would pick one of these motherboards over another?

Putting together a HTPC build with an A6 (or A8) APU and am not fully understanding what the difference is between these 2 motherboards? Are they essentially interchangeable?

essentially, the LE has only 2 DIMM slots vs 4 slots on the other, the LE has no USB3 ports, the LE has a few less I/O backpanel connections and the LE doesn't include as many features as the other mobo.
