Why Brand computer is expensive than a clone computer ? Intel made any special processor for them? If I build a computer the same model Processor, mother board , graphics card and ram that a Brand computer use. whats the different between ? Any hardware quality different that only made for brand computer ?

A home-built system you are responsible for supporting, or at least dealing with the different warranties for the parts, you also need to purchase the operating system, put it all together, install drivers, etc...

The biggest advantage to an off the shelf system is that you just buy it and turn it on to use it. You also have a single point of contact if something breaks.

The cost vs you buying the same parts is for the support and cost to put it together. With some builds you can actually get it cheaper from an OEM since they buy in huge quantities and can get discounts on parts. Low end systems you may be better of just bying stock, mid and gaming systems, building your own is best.
A brand PC is a pre-built PC which includes proprietary motherboards with limited upgrade options, bloatware programs, and hardware which is usually unbalanced for gaming (top-tier CPU and crappy GPU). You can build a PC using similar parts along with a quality motherboard at a cheaper cost. My PC began as a brand PC with an old i7 CPU + Radeon HD 6700 series GPU and now I have heavily modified it with modern enthusiast hardware. It's like a custom build now.
