Different branded video cards

Hi, im a new builder but i am confused on what brand video card i should go for. Do they all perform the same (in terms of games?)
im going foe a Sapphire Radeon R9 380 4GB NITRO Dual-X OC which is the cheapest of the lot.
Does it matter?
Do i just go for the cheapest one?

they probably all perform pretty close in games

the different brands tend to make more impact on how well they cool and how loud or not loud they are

and how reliable they are

most people tend to pick
