different game load time

hey guys, I have a problem regarding storages.
So, both me and my friend are playing rainbow six siege, we have almost identical PC setup.
The problem here is, with both of us set the graphic setting at maximum (ultra), his rainbow six siege loads a lot faster than mine. While mine took a really long time to load and finally get into the game.
Both of us installed Windows 10 on the SSD and Rainbow Six Siege on the HDD.
Btw our pc specs are:
GTX 1060 6GB
8 GB RAM
Ryzen 5 1600 (and his' Ryzen 5 2600)
WDC 1TB Blue
128GB GALAX SSD GAMER

any ideas?

It also depends upon which type of SSD you have installed in your system. Check the model of both SSD. If both SSDs model are same then check processes running in background. May be some process is taking disk usage and due to this loading time of game becomes slow.

Both of us are using the same type of SSD and HDD (Identical),
As for the background process, there's nothing running, since I even tried to reinstall my windows, resulting in empty/no applications.

Go to task manager and see the idle usage of Disk and CPU. because Win10 some services suddenly anytime takes usage of disk.
