Question Different programs showing different Mhz on Ram.

Hi.

Can some one explain to me why is it that every program show me a different thing.

So I have this G Skill Trident Z5 6000Mhz installed
On Bios with XMP On It says it's at 6000Mhz but I don't get it because on CPU Z when I go to Memory it says NB Frequency 4500Mhz
Then just below on Timing it says 3000Mhz
And in ASUS Armory Crate It says 6000Mhz
So hopefully I've been running my RAM at 6000Mhz since the beginning but I don't get why CPU Z says 4500Mhz and 3000Mhz

Help le feel less dumb pls .. xD
