DIMM Slots Dissabled

I have a Dell PowerEdge server that when I try to add more RAM the slots in the BIOS say disabled. The RAM I bought is the correct RAM for the server. Not sure if the RAM needs to be in a certain configuration or not. PLEASE HELP!

In the BIOS in the memory section it does not allow me to arrow down to the individual DIMM slots.

I can not enable them or disable them.

Sounds like the bios or the motherboard is not working properly.
