DIR 655 Updated Firmware failed? ( no internet )

This problably wont be the section or the forum to ask, but Dlink customer service suck's
( one of the worts customer service i had )

I upgrade my Dlink DIR655 to the latest update 2.07
I had the 2.0 version.

and now i can't even log in to the admin page, or use the internet with that router. i think it's " Bricked " and i wanna fix it.
or should i just refund it? it came today. ( sep,24,2012)

no i cannot, so does this mean my router is Brick?
and there is no way of fixing it?
