Direct Canada Problems

Well my order from direct canada didn't arrive yet, and its been a week, so i went to the order locating service, and its still not done processing, the last check is on credit card verification. I've been waiting a week, what should i do? (Paid with visa)

So I just called them and they say they're closed even tho its 11:38 am right now, their business times are 9:30 am to 5:00 pm

So I called them again, and they told me my credit card declined, and when i called my bank they said they got nothing from them Amazing. I should've ordered it on amazon. I got everything else i need (ordered off amazon same day as the one ordered off canada direct)
