they definatly have a lot to choose from but....i had one of my worst online buying experiences ever with directron. i ordered a 9500pro, which unfortunately died after about a month. they were tough to find at that point, so i could understand why directron didnt have them in stock, and couldnt immediately replace it. but instead of offering me a credit, or another card (+/ the difference), they didnt do anything for me, just kept telling me to call back in a week, call back in a week...for almost two months. if i didnt move to houston during that period (directron is in sw houston), i wouldnt have ever gotten anything resolved.
i went by their storefront and talk to somebody in person. it took multiple trips to their location to get any action, because the person i talked to on my first visit "forgot to enter something in the system". after almost 3 months total, i finally got a credit for the card. i basically dealt with the same person til the last visit, so it might have been just him, but i wouldnt take the chance of that person ever handling my order again. it was such bad service, that would still rather order online from another vendor (we all know where) and wait two or three days, than drive over to them and pick up a part.
