DirectX 11 download

From where can I download directX 11? My system has encountered a problem and games stopped running. A pop up message " failed to initialize directx11" is showing everytime. PLz help.

I have downloaded this. But this is just a presentation and an audio(.wma) file which features the advantages of directx 11.
